How to get help
Our support team assists with pre-sale questions, order status, setup, and warranty claims. We do not provide remote control of your miner unless you request it in writing.

Before you contact us
Have your order number, product model, and a photo or short video of the issue ready. For setup help, note your firmware version and any error message on the miner's control panel.
ASIC miners are industrial hardware. Most issues are environment-related (power, temperature, ventilation). Check these first, our guides cover 80% of cases.
