Refund & Warranty
Last updated: 20 August 2026. These terms apply to all orders placed with INIBOX Matches (the "Store", "we", "us"). By placing an order you accept these policies.
All sales are final, why
ASIC miners are industrial equipment whose value tracks the live price of the cryptocurrency they mine. Because that price moves daily, and because most jurisdictions exempt industrial hardware above a value threshold from consumer cooling-off rules, all sales are final: no cancellations, returns, or exchanges once an order is confirmed and payment cleared.
Manufacturer warranty
Every miner carries a standard manufacturer warranty of 3-12 months depending on model and batch. Warranty is fulfilled by the manufacturer's authorized service process; we facilitate the claim but are not the warranty grantor.
What the warranty covers
- Manufacturing defects in ASIC chips, solder joints, PCB, or components present at time of manufacture.
- Workmanship failures under normal operating conditions.
- Documented shipping damage reported within the inspection window above.
What voids the warranty
- Overclocking or underclocking beyond stock firmware limits.
- Installing non-stock firmware (e.g. Braiins OS+, LuxOS, VNish), technicians read firmware logs.
- Broken or altered tamper-evident / warranty stickers.
- Power surge, voltage fluctuation, or use without a surge protector / stable PSU.
- Water, humidity, corrosion, dust, or extreme-temperature environmental damage.
- Physical damage from mishandling, drops, or liquid immersion not supplied by the manufacturer.
- Second-hand units without original proof of purchase.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only in exceptional cases (e.g. permanent manufacturer unavailability) at our sole discretion, within 7-14 business days, to the original payment method. Cryptocurrency payments are not reversible and are refunded via bank transfer or store credit, never to a wallet, except where required by law.
Pre-order refunds
If you pre-order an R1X series miner and we fail to ship by the promised delivery date, you may request a full refund before the unit ships. Once a pre-ordered unit has shipped, the standard All Sales Are Final policy applies. Refund requests must be made in writing to sales@iniboxmatches.shop before shipment; approved pre-order refunds are processed within 7-14 business days via bank transfer or store credit.
