• What payment methods do you accept? Cryptocurrency via Plisio (BTC, ETH, USDT, and others). All prices are in USD.
• Can I cancel my order? No, sales are final once payment clears (see Refund & Warranty).
• Do you offer bulk pricing? Yes, contact sales@iniboxmatches.shop for volume orders.

Products

• What is the difference between INIBOX, INIBOX PRO, and R1X? INIBOX (850Mh/s) and INIBOX PRO (2.4GH/s) mine InitVerse (INI) via VersaHash; R1X (1.2MH/s) mines Monero (XMR) via RandomX. See each product page for specs.
• Are specs accurate? Yes, hashrate, power, and efficiency are manufacturer-stated and shown on each product page.
• What does 'low stock' mean? The quantity shown is the real warehouse count, updated live.

Setup & warranty

• Do I need technical knowledge? Basic networking and power planning are required. Guides are provided after purchase.
• Will custom firmware void my warranty? Yes. See Refund & Warranty.
• What if my unit arrives damaged? Refuse visibly damaged deliveries and report within 48 hours with photos.
