Shipping Policy
Last updated: 20 August 2026. These terms apply to all orders placed with INIBOX Matches (the "Store", "we", "us"). By placing an order you accept these policies.
Processing time
In-stock units ship within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation. Pre-orders ship on the manufacturer's announced batch date; dates are estimates and may shift.
Carriers & methods
- Global delivery via DHL, FedEx, or UPS (signature required).
- Units ship in original manufacturer packaging with anti-static and foam protection.
- Freight weight is substantial (single miners 10-15 kg); International deliveries may incur customs duties and import taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility.
Delivery times
Typical transit: 5-12 business days depending on destination and customs clearance. Remote areas may take longer.
Inspection on arrival
Inspect the package before signing. If the box is visibly damaged, refuse delivery and contact us within 48 hours with photos. Concealed damage must be reported within 3 business days of receipt with clear photos/video.
We cannot ship to PO boxes for most carriers. Ensure your address is complete and reachable. Incorrect addresses that cause return-to-sender incur reshipping fees.
